Gun Chess

Secretly arm one piece with a hidden gun.

At the beginning of the game give a hidden gun to a pawn or a knight or a bishop. The first shot reveals the gun forever. A shot WOUNDS a piece (a second hit removes it), and kills a pawn. A wounded piece is limited to one-square moves.
